Midwest Friends Fest is seeking volunteers for the 2026 festival! Covington and Cincy locals to the front, but new friends from far + wide are welcome. See the form below to learn more and apply.

Stage Managers (4 per shift)

Stage managers help run a smooth ship to keep the show running on time through the following tasks:

• Assist with band check in

• Guide bands to equipment storage

• Make sure bands know where they need to set up / play and when their line check/ set time is

Floaters (4 per shift Friday | 6 per shift Saturday )

• Assist with directing guests to stages, restrooms, bar

• Keeping the area clean, helping fest directors with set /up breakdown task

• Other miscellaneous tasks as needed

  
  MWFF Merch Booth (1 per shift)

• Runs merch booth with MWFF team

• Conducts Square transactions
